 Online Renewal of the NBI Clearance is now Available

A proponent of improving the ease of doing business for Filipinos for many years has been the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

In addition to allowing citizens to renew and pay their NBI clearance online, NBI has expanded its online services for citizens, including online registration, online appointment scheduling, and different payment options. This keeps citizens safe by allowing them to renew and pay their NBI clearance while staying at home.

Filipinos can now access NBI clearance services online at without having to make personal appearances or wait in long queues. Aside from that, citizens can also pick up their clearances from the NBI or request for a door-to-door delivery service in Metro Manila and Luzon and in Visayas and Mindanao within three to seven business days.

It was announced and officially launched on Thursday, June 15, 2021, at the new NBI building in Quezon City, the Online Clearance Renewal with Delivery Service Nationwide that will streamline and streamline the clearance process.

In order to accommodate and provide applicants with their necessary documents without having to leave their homes or easily pick up their clearance on a scheduled date, NBI is clearly embracing technology through the implementation of online renewal processing with pick-up by individuals, pick-up by courier (Lalamove or Grab), and delivery.
