Quality Control Interview for NBI Clearance

As a point of reference, I told my colleague that the NBI Clearance Quality Control Interview is a lot of fun because one reason is that the NBI Clearance personnel have been asked him to attend the Quality Control Interview at the NBI Clearance main office.

Aside from the fact that he needs to travel almost two hours from his home in order to apply for his NBI Clearance, the second reason is that it usually takes longer for it to be released.

After this, I began wondering what Quality Control Interview is all about? Having had a HIT status for five years, what’s different this time?

What Is Causing It?

When he sits in a cab to go to the NBI Main office, he is disappointed by not having the NBI online. But why did NBI Clearance Main Office conduct these Quality Control Interviews? This is the answer he realized was the cause of applicants suffering from this. Here are a few things he realized:

  • You are under for arrest and needs to be identified in relation to a crime by the Police Authorities

  • Your Namesake has a pending or ongoing case or

  • Your namesake are under for arrest and needs to be identified in relation to a crime by the Police Authorities

Is It Necessary to Attend a Quality Control Interview?

You should attend the quality control interview if you are asked for it by an NBI Clearance Personnel at that time. Here is what you need to do:

You will not need to be afraid, but it is unlikely that you have done anything illegal that violates our laws, is it? If you have a clean conscience and a clean record, and your record is clean, and you are innocent as a child, then you must go.
